Cramps and nerves jumping

Your eyelids get excited and startled without warning, you feel small spasms in your biceps or your calf, you’re often dealing with cramps … Nothing too serious, a priori,fallen earth chips, but why this happens?

Indeed, nothing dramatic when the nerves in your body after jumping from time to time. This phenomenon is linked to an accumulation of stress or some say a lack of magnesium and calcium.

When this phenomenon occurs very frequently and without intermission, we talk rather spasmophilia and more people we think would be achieved. Spasmophilia is a syndrome that develops following statements nervous and anxious repeated or constant. Even if the spasms occur in a context of calm and reason, they are the direct result of one or more reactions of fear, and related to hyperventilate.

A patient suffering from serious spasmophilia may also feel tingling fingers, lips, chills or having hot flashes, headaches, difficulty in breathing, suffer from heartburn, crises of aerophagia or even chest pain. Some feel a sense of being detached from the world, where they live, all signs that are similar to panic attacks.

To overcome this syndrome, it is necessary in this case, initiate a change in lifestyle to reduce stress at the base (regular exercise, yoga, meditation, reduce stimulants such as smoking, alcohol , caffeine, following a Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, if necessary …) and change your diet by adding green vegetables rich in magnesium, such as spinach, buy fallen earth chips,eat more fruits, nuts and grains and increase its consumption calcium by eating more dairy products and drinking lots of water.

Cramps, in turn, may occur during a strenuous exercise or rest, or night, for example.

Some diseases may be more serious source of regular and heavy cramping. If you’re worried, talk to your doctor.

Unfortunately, we can do nothing against the spasms that shake our nerves, although it can become annoying. An eyelid jumping is totally uncontrollable stress and change nothing. Take our patience or bad to see if the problem persists, is the best solution.

Regarding the cramp, despite the fact that it freezes and feels worn by pain as sudden as surprising, however, must stretch the muscle cramp. For example, point the foot to cramp in the calf. It is also advisable to put his foot on the cold ground.

To prevent cramps recur frequently, stretch a few times at least one minute in the day the muscle that leads a hard life.

And drink plenty of water before exercise!
