Cholesterol too high can be controlled by medication. But your diet and lifestyle are at least as important. Here are some habits fallen earth chips to take and lose the fight against cholesterol.

* Eating without restriction.

Having a healthy weight and prevent overweight is an important factor in controlling cholesterol.
